Important Covid-19 & CDC Guideline Updates:

When you visit us, you might notice a change in some of our services during the initial phase of welcoming guests. We have trained our housekeepers to comply with all CDC cleaning guidelines. To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests, we will be spending more time cleaning and disinfecting after each checkout. For that reason, check-in time is now 6 pm. Check out time will remain 10 am. Additionally, we will be discontinuing our early check in and late check out option this summer. Although we will be thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting our properties after each departure, our properties do not come with daily cleaning services. We recommend that you bring your own disinfectant products to clean and sanitize surfaces daily during your stay just as you would in your own home. These surfaces include tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, faucets and sinks. If you need anything during your stay, please call our office. We stock extra linens and miscellaneous small kitchen items here at the office. In the past, guests would stop by the office to pick up these items. This summer, we’ll be happy to set up a limited or no contact delivery of anything you need. Just give us a call!

Pet Policy:

Some of our vacation rentals are pet friendly with a fee. The fee is $75 per pet. If guests are staying for a month or longer, the fee is $150 per pet.

Booking:

At time of booking, half of the total amount is due. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within 30 days of your arrival, the full amount is due at time of booking.

Cancellation and Reservation Changes:

You may cancel or change properties within seven days of the booking date with no penalty. Please note that after seven days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same property for the same rental dates. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, your advance rental payment will be refunded minus a cancellation fee, not to exceed 3% of your advance payment.
