Cozy home conveniently located within walking distance of boat ramp. Perfect for the everyday fisherman or a family wanting to experience the true "Old Florida". Alligator Point is a sparsely populated, rural beach with sea oat covered sand dunes that stretch for 8 miles. This beautiful untouched coastal paradise is located in the eastern most corner of Franklin County between the Gulf of Mexico and Alligator Harbor. The protected bay is a massive water sanctuary that serves as a nursery for numerous game fish species, such as grouper, snapper, cobia, tarpon and redfish.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sleeps 6 with a King in the master room, a queen in the second room, and two twin beds in the third room. Both bathrooms are full size baths. Kitchen is stocked with  cook wear along with microwave, toaster, two different style coffee makers (keurig and standard coffee pot), and dishwasher. Cook your catch of the day inside or enjoy the sunset on the back patio which has a fish cleaning table, sink, and grill! Don't forget to bring your fishing poles and beach towels! Come stay awhile at Manana and let us be your host on the Forgotten Coast! Pets are considered, must be approved by the owner.

Bald Park State Park is a 5,0000-acre protected wildlife area. This prolific park is nationally renowned as bi-annual stopover for migratory birds and butterflies. Throughout the year, the park is home to an abundance of full-time wildlife residents, including black bear, white-tailed deer, coyotes, bobcats and hosts of regional birds. The Bald Point State Park offers picnic pavilions, restrooms and a fishing dock. Park visitors can enjoy beaches, bicycling, birding, canoeing, fishing, hiking, kayaking, swimming and, of course, observing the abundant wildlife.

Take nearby drives to Apalachicola for unique shopping and dining, or to St. George Island for the beach on the Gulf. Shelling on Dog Island yields unequalled finds. Tate's Hell State Forrest has bountiful nature trails and golfing is available at the famed St. James Bay Golf Club and Resort, an Audubon signature sanctuary. Birding includes eagles, osprey, and shore birds galore. The Historic Carrabelle Lighthouse and Museum, Camp Gordon Johnston World War II Museum, Dog Island Ferry excursions, guided boat tours at Wakulla Springs, Panacea's Gulf Specimen Marine Lab (with touch pools for children), and Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve (ANERR).
