Tarpon Camp is a 3BR/3BA Condo with views of the Carrabelle River, covered parking for two vehicles, and is directly across from a public boat ramp making it convenient for boaters and fishermen. This condo is decorated with stylish furnishings with a coastal theme and will sleep 6 max. The first floor has two of the bedrooms while the 3rd bedroom is on the second floor. The first bedroom has a queen size bed with ensuite bathroom, double vanity, and walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a large closet. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet, and balcony with views of the Carrabelle River. The other two bathrooms both have double vanity and tub/shower combo.

Located on the second floor is one of the bedrooms as well as the kitchen and living room, as well as a balcony off the living room with a outdoor table and 3 chairs for seating as well as river views. Dining for 3 inside at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, standard coffee maker, toaster, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, and a dish washer. You can relax and make a home cooked meal or go check out one of our great local restaurants just minutes away.

This property has a 2 night minimum from October 1st- February 28/29th and a 3 night minimum from March 1st-September 30th.

While this property is pet friendly, we have a 1 pet maximum rule and the pet must be 25lbs or less. We do require a non-refundable $100 pet fee.

Places to visit in the surrounding area include: Tate's Hell Nature Trail, the Historic Carrabelle Lighthouse and Museum, Camp Gordon Johnston World War II Museum, Panacea's Gulf Specimen Marine Lab (with touch pools for children) and the Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve. Various activities are available including Dog Island Ferry excursions, charter fishing, kayaking, birding, cycling paths across the road and guided boat tours at Wakulla Springs. There are a variety of local seafood eateries and a local supermarket. Also close by is the beautiful St. James Bay Golf Course designed by Robert Walker. The St. Marks
Wildlife Refuge is a great outing for the entire family. Located a little over an hour from Tallahassee and only twenty minutes from St. George Island and Apalachicola, this retreat can be tailored to your own adventurous spirit.
