Flipping Flounder is a newly built 2BR/2BA coastal cottage, tucked away in a quite neighborhood, located in the new Carraway Bay Plantation subdivision. This home will sleep 4 maximum with a queen in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. 

 

Fully stocked kitchen, complete with a single serve and standard coffee maker and just about anything you need for making a home cooked meal. 

 

Private, community pool available for your use. Bring your fishing gear and beach supplies because Flipping Flounder is less than a 5 minute drive to downtown Carrabelle and Carrabelle Public Beach. Cancellation policy-

You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties within seven (7) days of the booking date with no penalty. Please note that after seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same property for the same rental dates. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, your advance rental payment will be refunded minus a cancellation fee not to exceed 5.0% of your advance payment.
