It's Snapper Season! Bring your boat to this beautiful property that has its own private dock where loading and unloading your family and gear is easy! A boat launch is located 1/2 mile from the home. Snapper Season: June 1st - July 31st and September 1st - November 30th (weekends only)


Allure is a rental property located on the bay in the beautiful Forgotten Coast area. It made its debut in November 2021 and offers a range of amenities and features for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The house has been freshly painted throughout and is beautifully decorated and furnished. It includes many brand-new furniture items such as a living room sofa and chairs, a king-size bed, a queen sofa sleeper, occasional tables, bedding, curtains, and window treatments. Outdoor furniture like a fire pit dining table and Adirondack chairs are also provided.

The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials for cooking and entertaining. It features new small appliances, stoneware, glassware, melamine dinnerware, cutlery, utensils, pots, pans, and more. Whether you're a seasoned chef or just enjoy cooking, the kitchen is designed with your needs in mind.

The location of The Allure offers a wide range of activities and attractions for guests. Whether you're interested in world-class fishing, boating, kayaking, golfing, hiking, shopping, or simply enjoying the beautiful coastline, the area has something to offer everyone. The Forgotten Coast provides a serene and peaceful environment where you can escape the hustle of everyday life and spend quality time with your family and friends. The area is known for its natural beauty, with calming bay waves and a laid-back lifestyle that will keep you coming back year after year.

One of the highlights of the area is its local businesses, with few exceptions being locally owned and operated. You won't find traffic, long lines, or chain restaurants here. There is a fresh seafood market located in the heart of Carrabelle for those interested in cooking at home. If you prefer dining out, you'll find fresh seafood on most restaurant menus, and there are a variety of choices to satisfy everyone's taste. Nearby towns like Eastpoint, Apalachicola, St. George, Port Saint Joe, Crawfordville, and Tallahassee offer additional dining options.

For day adventures, guests can enjoy pristine beaches on Dog Island, explore Tate's Hell State Forest or Apalachicola National Forest, visit the crystal-clear springs in Wakulla Springs State Park, or admire the cypress trees at the Dead Lake Recreational Area in Wewahitchka. The Allure itself is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located directly on the bay, offering expansive bay views overlooking Dog and Bird Islands. It has a large private dock that provides even more spectacular views. Guests can watch dolphins swimming regularly during low tide, observe blue herons on the sand, and see pelicans gracefully flying over and congregating on area docks. The Tallahassee International Airport is conveniently located less than an hour away.

Guests are encouraged to bring their boats, kayaks, canoes, and fishing poles, as they can easily access the water within minutes without having to drive anywhere. There is a boat launch only half a mile away at Lanark, and guests can dock their boats at the home for the duration of their stay. Golfers can also enjoy the nearby St. James Bay Golf Club, which is located 3.5 miles away and features a wonderful restaurant.

The ground level of the home offers covered parking spots, ample parking, a covered patio area, an outdoor shower, an outdoor sink/fish cleaning station, and both front and rear access to the main level. The main level features a serene great room with abundant windows providing breathtaking bay views and direct access to a screened porch. This property has a 7 night minimum in June & July- otherwise a 4 night minimum.
