Keepin' It Reel is a ground level 2BR/2BA brand new home, in the heart of Carrabelle.  It's conveniently located 3 minutes from Carrabelle Beach and across the street from the Carrabelle Boat Club. Downtown Carrabelle and multiple marinas are just around the corner. St. George Island is 25 minutes away. Tates Hell National Forest and Carrabelle Airport is only 1 mile away. Close to everything, yet still very private.  

This master bedroom is equipped with a California King and TV, walk-in closet and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and TV, with a full bathroom across the hall. The living room has a queen pull out couch and the ottoman turns into a twin rollaway bed, to sleep up to 7. This property also boasts a private community pool.

Home is equipped with a 50" smart TV in living area, a washer & dryer, and fully stocked kitchen. Additional amenities include: gas grill, two beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, small cooler, WiFi, easy self-check in, 24 hour exterior surveillance on your boat and fishing gear.

Places to visit in the surrounding area include: Tate's Hell Nature Trail, the Historic Carrabelle Lighthouse and Museum, Camp Gordon Johnston World War II Museum, Panacea's Gulf Specimen Marine Lab (with touch pools for children) and the Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve. Various activities are available including Dog Island Ferry excursions, charter fishing, kayaking, birding, cycling paths across the road and guided boat tours at Wakulla Springs. There are a variety of local seafood eateries and a local supermarket. Also close by is the beautiful St. James Bay Golf Course designed by Robert Walker. The St. Marks
