This 2 bedroom 2 bath home has been fully renovated in 2015. Everything is new. Furniture to towels. The kitchen is well equipped with all new appliances and amenities. There is a 42" smart television in the living room and a television in each bedroom. The home is equipped with DIRECTV and WIFI. Enough parking for your vehicles and boat. Best of all the house is located on a beautiful, tranquil sandy beach. There are beach chairs and towels. A kayak for you to have fun with. There is also a 100 lb Danforth anchor and a 4’ security anchor with a chain to the float.  A park style grill is ready for barbecuing but if you don't feel like cooking, there are great seafood restaurants close by. After a great day at the beach sit back and enjoy a drink on the screened porch to end a perfect day. Hot tub is for owner use only.
